Enough

Enought!
1 Peter 1:14

“So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. Put all your hope in the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world.”

This month pastor will be teaching and guiding EBP church on how to make a definite decision to live for Christ. I will be using the message of 1 Peter, which encourages believers to stand firm in their identity and purpose, even in the face of hardship. The series Enough! will help, guide and encourage believers to live solely for Christ.

Enough I

1 Peter 1:14 (NLT) So you must live as God’s obedient children. Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn’t know any better then.

“Living for Christ is a definitive Decision, not a Momentary option.”

“Living for Christ is a definitive Decision, not a Passing emotion.”

“Living for Christ is a definitive Definitive, not a Seasonal stage.”

“If I believe in Eternity I take Salvation seriously”

Salvation was NOT Free! Christ PAID the price with His Blood!

Bible Refrences:

Galatians 2:20 (NIV) “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

Philippians 1:21 (NIV) “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.”

Enough II

1 Peter 2:1-3 (PT)

So abandon every form of evil, deceit, hypocrisy, feelings of jealousy and slander. In the same way that nursing infants cry for milk, you must intensely crave the pure spiritual milk of God’s Word. For this “milk” will cause you to grow into maturity, fully nourished and strong for life — especially now that you have had a taste of the goodness of the Lord Jehovah and have experienced his kindness.
